Our standard delivery cadence is: Weeks 0–2 to build the foundation, Weeks 2–4 to connect the data and deliver the first report, and Weeks 4–8 to execute the first optimisation cycle. Topkee uses one fixed commercial formula: ROAS = Closed-Deal Revenue ÷ Advertising Spend.
We do not rely on platform-reported conversion value, form submissions, or other mid-funnel actions as the final measure. Revenue is reconciled against actual closed sales, then compared with the advertising spend that generated them. The same methodology is applied in every Campaign Intelligence Report, so the number remains consistent and auditable from one reporting cycle to the next.

Every reporting cycle is measured against the same ROAS standard: Closed-Deal Revenue ÷ Advertising Spend.
If performance is not moving in the agreed direction, there is no mandatory lock-in period to wait out. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your next billing date, and you may end the service according to the agreed terms, without an exit penalty. The same right applies in every billing cycle, with relevant data and records available for handover under the agreed exit process.

Yes. Your landing pages, tracking, attribution data and CRM records remain connected to systems your business controls.
Where applicable, this includes exportable records, tracking structures, pixel ownership and the agreed handover process across Weber, TTO CDP and Leadbox.
If you end the service, the relevant data and operating history remain available for handover according to the agreed terms.

If you already have a 2–3× ROAS baseline, the goal is not to reset the number; it is to verify how that ROAS is being measured, identify where additional revenue is leaking, and improve from your current position.
Topkee first reconciles performance using the same commercial formula: ROAS = Closed-Deal Revenue ÷ Advertising Spend. This helps confirm whether the 2–3× comes from actual closed revenue rather than platform-reported conversion value. From there, the Campaign Intelligence Report identifies the next constraints, such as lead quality, conversion gaps, wasted spend, quotation progression or sales follow-up, and prioritises the actions most likely to improve the commercial outcome.”
