Cross-channel marketing attribution · Campaign Intelligence Report

ROAS Truth

Attribution that doesn't let platforms grade themselves — every dollar on one ruler.
Every multi-channel advertiser knows the scene: Google claims the conversion, Meta claims it too, GA4 tells a third story — and the total is more deals than you actually signed. Privacy changes only made each platform more self-referential. The problem isn't you — it's letting platforms grade their own homework. We pull Google, Yahoo, Facebook and GA4 into a TTO CDP registered under your name and re-reckon every platform, every layer, with one ruler — where each dollar went, and whether it signed a deal, in one table.

Watch one table settle the books

The three pages below come from our own account's Campaign Intelligence Report (HK-Topkee-CDP, 1–28 Jun 2026). Not product mock-ups — a report that actually runs. Sample from our own Hong Kong account (report shown in Traditional Chinese).

報告封面:四個接入數據源

Four data sources, one report

Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, Facebook Ads and GA4 feed the same report — you can count the connected accounts on the cover. Attribution starts from your own data layer, not from any platform's back office.

報告平台對比頁

Same ruler, same table: every platform re-reckoned

On one ruler (closed-deal value ÷ spend): Google spent HK$111,650 at 0.24×; Facebook spent HK$14,994 at 0.00× — 36 form submissions, but only one reached the qualified layer. Who looks good in self-grading and who survives one common standard: one table settles it. Note: Yahoo ran no spend this period, so the table shows two rows — “four sources” is evidenced by the cover page; this table demonstrates the common ruler itself.

報告六層漏斗頁

Every dollar traced to the bottom: six layers to the signed deal

313,307 impressions → 3,823 clicks → 346 landing-page engagements → 95 enquiries → 20 qualified → 6 quotes → 2 signed deals. Attribution doesn't stop at the form — it follows the CRM stages until the money. The biggest leak is named: click → engagement at just 9.1%, with the fix written on the cell.

Yes — our own books were ugly this period (0.21× blended). Ugly numbers have to be seen by their owner before anyone can fix them. That is precisely this report's job (see FAQ Q1).
「This is the diagnostic report on our own ad account — we measure ourselves with the same ruler. Its job is to pinpoint problems down to the decimal, not to dress up results.”、」

How attribution works without platform self-grading

六層漏斗·漏點定位(Topkee 自有賬戶報告)

Multi-source ingestion · data in your name (TTO CDP)

Raw performance data from Google, Yahoo, Facebook, GA4 lands in a CDP registered to you — not hosted under our account, not a read-only mirror of some platform back office. Change agency or platform: the data layer stays yours, intact.
Service: TTO CDP

Full-chain event tracking & return

Views, clicks, form submissions tracked and returned event by event — restoring the paths platforms under-count since the privacy changes; calls and offline deals reconnect to the original campaigns too.
Services: Tracking Module · Tag · TagWeber

Platform data calibration

Platform-reported conversions are reconciled cell by cell against your data layer's actuals — differences aren't estimated, they're audited out.
Service: Topkee GA

One-ruler reporting (Campaign Intelligence Report)

An 8-chapter report every period: KPI overview & trend, funnel & leak localisation, platform performance & spend mix, creative & audience waste, landing pages & lead capture, account health & risk advisory, optimisation action log, budget pacing & audit trail. Last period generated 43 actions — 23 executed as of 2 Jul 2026. Done or not, the system shows it.
Deliverable: Campaign Intelligence Report (per period)
None of this is slideware — every capability maps to standardised items in the 140+ item man-hour library (quoting and delivery share one source), scheduled into your delivery plan by tier.

“Attribution coverage” is a reportable number in our delivery: which sources are connected and reconciled, which aren't yet, why, and by when — written out item by item, never a bare “connected”.
Your stack, portable · zero lock-in

The soul of this page is ownership of the attribution layer: your TTO CDP / pixel / CRM / landing-page data all sit in your name. We don't rent you a growth engine — leave anytime, the data goes with you, attribution doesn't reset to zero.

ROAS accountability · walk away penalty-free

Aligned to our published commitment — “ROAS from 0 to at least 2–4×” — measured one way only: closed-deal value ÷ ad spend, verifiable each period. Not there? Tell us 24 hours before your next billing date and you walk — your data leaves with you.

More included at the same price · prices published

The common industry structure locks attribution into premium tiers or sells it as an add-on module; in ours, cross-channel attribution ships standard with every tier — included from entry level, no setup fee. No pricing talk on this page.

ROAS Engine

From hook-up to clean books, on a fixed cadence

八週交付節奏:三道關卡後光帶越走越穩

Weeks 0–2 · Hook-up & build

Account access and authorisation, event tracking and Tag deployment, CDP source configuration — done on your existing Google / Meta / GA4 accounts, nothing torn down.

Weeks 2–4 · Data through

Every platform's raw data onto one ruler, methodology reconciled item by item, and the first baseline Campaign Intelligence Report lands — from that report on, every dollar has an account.

Weeks 4–8 · First optimisation cycle

Work the action list item by item, review period — what was done and what moved, checkable on the same ruler.

Then it rolls, period by period: report → action → review. The books stay clean; accountability stays on record.

How it's bundled

These capabilities ship as standard with every Lead Generation tier. ROAS Truth isn't a separate SKU — not sold alone, not priced on this page. Cross-channel attribution, event tracking and periodic reporting are standard from the entry tier — not premium features to unlock. What each tier includes and costs: the three-tier table on the ROAS Engine page shows it at a glance.

Common structure elsewhere: attribution bound to premium plans or sold as an add-on. Our structure: standard in every tier, no setup fee.
